Lucy has worked in brand building for 15 years working with multi-award winning agencies and brands devising the kinds of strategies and campaigns that push boundaries, open minds and deliver business results that matter.
As a strategist, Lucy is fascinated by consumer behaviour, the psychology of minds and decision making and understanding how to use those insights to devise multi-channel campaigns lead by earned media, reinforced by paid.
Over the years some stand out campaigns range from behaviour changing missions for baby milk, to booming tech success stories for people like Ocado, to trying to make a dent in the battle against knife crime for the Home Office and helping Kylie Minogue set the French Riviera alight to celebrate Magnum ice cream's 25th birthday.
Outside of work Lucy is interested in social anthropology, The Archers, weightlifting and sewing! What a woman.
